how to order
Please send an email to maxandcocanvases@hotmail.com with the below information.
- quantity
- the design name eg, medium magnetic display board, code- Dark pink/ flowers
- name/s required for personalised pieces eg. 'sophie'
- additional comments if required eg. different background colour
- how you would like to pay.
Each board comes with 4 magnet's- blue buttons for boys and pink buttons for girls.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the total price, including P&P and details of our payment requirements.
We do ask for full prepayment for all orders.
Customisation and Colour Changes
If you’d prefer a different size or colour we can try and accommodate this and will let you know either way. Some designs lend themselves more readily to colour changes, please email us your request before ordering and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a response.
Colour Accuracy
Please note that the colours of the artwork may appear slightly different on your computer monitor due to varying screen settings such as brightness, contrast and saturation which result in every computer rendering colours differently. Therefore, customers need to allow for a slight colour variance when ordering the finished product.
Turnaround
Please allow 2-3 weeks after payment is received for your order, (not including postage). If you require a faster turnaround, please enquire and I will do my best to accommodate. If awaiting the arrival of a newborn and you require a more immediate gift, please inform me towards the end of the pregnancy so I can complete your order within 48 hours of the request.
Method of payment
We accept paypal, cash, cheque, bank transfer and money order.
Postage
Free delivery on all orders and will be sent to you first class, recorded delivery. When ordering more than 2 display board there will be a charge for postage. This cost will be worked out once order is placed and cost will be emailed to you. Free delivery is available in some parts of south west london otherwise display boards can be picked up from London SW16.
